Voting and not voting in this system are the same decision. Either way you’re pissing somebody off and either way you don’t get what you want. Imagine thinking not voting is rebellious rather than the default. You should want and be empowered to vote for somebody, not against.
Yup not possible. Sound is waves. Think of a sine wave that goes up and down. Noise canceling works by canceling the peaks and valleys of a sound wave with inverted valleys and peaks. If the peak is +1 for example, a sound wave with a valley of -1 played at the same time would cancel it out. This is simplistic terms of course.
The sound of your environment is constantly changing. If you wanted a static audio file to cancel out noise you would have to play some customized white noise. Not the effect you’re looking for.

RCV allows people to vote for candidates of a third party without wasting a vote like they would now. The problem is that much of society is brainwashed with red vs. blue politics and it would take a long time for everybody to get on the same page about a third party candidate.
Ah right assuming A and B are opposing candidates. Kind of a way to eliminate the most popular opposing candidates in a runoff assuming there is a middle of the road candidate that everybody likes.
In RCV this might be translated differently tho. Maybe 26% vote C #1, 49% A #1, 25% B #1 with C #2, then in runoff, C would win.

I have Bose and like them a lot. They’ll probably do exactly what you want, however, noise cancelling is not all noise cancelling. Mostly lower frequencies. It makes things quiet but if you’re in a loud environment with lots of mid to high frequency like talking, they’re not gonna help much. Haven’t used the Sony’s for a long time but I think the noice cancelling is the same.
I know you want to use them for sleep, but since these are big headphones already, I’d recommend a pair of noise protection earmuffs and use earbuds or shove some speakers from another set of headphones in there. This will be the best noise cancelling but least comfortable.
It’s the other way around. They not gonna do what u want them to because they know you’ll have to vote for them because of their fear politics. Let them know they’re not getting your vote. They’re gonna lose their jobs. Then they’ll try harder.
Biden and democrats are taking advantage of this situation to do whatever they want because people are afraid not to vote for them. A lot of people are waking up tho and democrats need to either do what the people want or risk losing the vote. Not to Trump, just no vote. There will always be a Trump.
