I mow the lawn once a week and it’s a nice chance to get outside for half an hour. I don’t maintain a swimming pool since I don’t have one. If I have problems with my neighbors I make them brownies and talk to them. And all the money I pay into my mortgage is going into an asset, not some other fuckstick’s pockets.
