Lenovo is at the top of the enterprise devices game right now. I always say they operate in cycles and usually each brand trades every 2 years who is at number one.

I still will always shit on HP. And HPE Aruba switches are absolutely trash.

In some cases it’s actually 3 drinks side by side…

Generally the center consoles of full sized trucks and SUVs is as large as it is because people on construction sites wanted a file cabinet holder center console. So it can hold an 8.5 x 11 or A4 sized paper horizontally in the center with a holder.

Your country is most likely not at war. It’s easy to judge when you’re in a safe country.

mean_bean279 ,

Damn, you gonna put a “Mission Accomplished” sign too? It’s only that easy (I.E. Switzerland) when your neighbors aren’t trying to murder you.

Blink twice if Apple is forcing you to read this article. Otherwise you could just keep scrolling if you don’t care that much?

Since this is the first arrival I imagine it was more about setting up a command location and creating temporary shelters for people to be right by where the aid would be provided.

That said… what would also be more helpful is if we stopped providing weapons and ammo to Israel until they agree to properly negotiate and come to some kind of an agreement that keeps Palestinians from being shifted, moved and displaced while simultaneously bombing them at free will. It seems weird that we’re both selling the bombs to the attacker and providing the aid to the attacked.

Last time I checked, Ukraine was in fact part of Europe. It’s a bit strange, I know. So with that, maybe attacking Ukraine (again, part of Europe) is attacking Europe. Oh, and that answer should answer your whole “and is trying to bring back the USSR” piece of your question. If you’re gonna simp for Putin at least just own up to an unproved attack and a land grab, no need to dance around like it makes you morally superior.

mean_bean279 ,

Bad news, I’m not the person you’re quoting. I’m assuming your native tongue is Russian. Because you’re either very pro-Russia, or your tongue is at least in Putin’s asshole.

Dumbest take. Japan isn’t even part of NATO, and Abe was killed only 5 months after the start of the war. Abe was also mired in controversy within his own borders for a multitude of reasons.

Maybe a company that has (mostly) made consoles isn’t exactly playing games or has people on staff on the executive level that play(ed) on a PC. I’m 30 and outside of a brief time I tried to play on a PC I’ve pretty much been console my entire life. My first gaming experiences were all on console. It’s completely logical for a company to make a move like this when they have specialized in one area for a time.

Good news, it’s surrounded by water! Bad news, it’s surrounded by water. 😡

Keurig's new K-Rounds coffee pods are plastic-free and could finally make single-serve coffee-making sustainable ( www.techradar.com )

This is quite exciting in that it removes plastic waste. I see no reason why different companies can't make different shape ones to maintain their lock-in. I expect a knock-off market to pop-up, but that exists with plastic pods too. It's a step in the right direction at least.

mean_bean279 ,

The biggest area this will be a win in is offices. Areas where groups of different people with different tastes gather and can pick a coffee that’s better suited to their taste. Having reusable k pods is nice, but when people don’t frequently work in there, or don’t realize a keurig is available they might not have one. Although I V60 everyday so this has no real personal impact.

Even at 2500 that’s insanely cheap. You could print a brand new toilet when yours breaks. You could create furniture for guests custom fitted to their unique ass right as they enjoy a party. It’s beautiful

I don’t like that Biden is supporting Israel, but I’m not going to put him and Trump on the same level. Trump moved our embassy to Jerusalem. Biden has allowed a lot of shit I hate and don’t want us to be a part of, but acting like they’re one and the same is not helpful. Especially when we would have had boots on the ground helping Israel if Trump was in office.

mean_bean279 ,

I’d rather take a hit to the face.

You’re trying to summarize a situation into something small and easy for people, but it’s complex and shitty.

I understand the plight of the people in Gaza and the absolutely abhorrent behavior my country has had towards them. I understand how the futuristic and advanced weapons made by my country have negatively impacted the world.

I also now live in a world that deals with the results of Donald Trump in office. My mom, sister, niece and wife don’t have access to the same healthcare they once did that was a right to them. I have a court system now that’s so skewed compared to American politics that it dictates policy to us rather than democratically enables the people. I live under a system of moved goal posts because Trump made the wall into a whole thing, and now everyone looks to shut the border down constantly rather than dealing with the reasons people flood across it. Every day people in my country die from gun violence and expanded police powers both of which rapidly increased under Trump and who changed the laws making it easier to purchase weapons and who made police more resistant to citizen committees.

And before you switch to the “why don’t you then change it” we’re working on. The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first steps. Fascists don’t just go away when they lose. They fester. Trying to throw it all away means potentially creating one of the bloodiest conflicts the world has ever seen because we’re upset temporarily. I get that people are needlessly dying, but more will die no matter what we do. Staying the course, correcting the effects of Donald Trump, changing the tides of American politics and shifting the left actually left is the best course of action right now. We’re getting there. Not as fast as I or others like, but I see it every day.

You’re right, we should bring back the guy who kicked me in the nuts, but now has threatened to kill me too. Genius level.

mean_bean279 ,

The cyber truck is a piece of shit. Tesla is an F-tier car maker and Elon can go fuck himself… but like this guy is just being considerate with this. If it’s not meant for walking, and it’s just crossed out due to issues with the building/garage design, then just scoot over a bit to give everyone else some space.

Will Ferrell has IMO the best fit.

I can’t stand this trend of baggy oversized pants and chunky shoes. Did no one look back at 90s pictures and audibly not laugh at how bad they looked back then? It was a terrible trend then, and it’s a poor repeat today. Especially in the suit fit.

Also, some of these fits were great but they didn’t look properly sized at the ankle or the chest for jackets. Lots of either over sized or undersized jackets. Which IMO looks cheap and makes it feel like a rental (which it probably is, but a Louis Vuitton rental should still be fitted).

mean_bean279 ,

His jacket looks like right before he gave someone a hug which raised the upper back portion or waved with a high shoulder action. That action lifted the bottom and pulled at the chest due to it being buttoned. My suits often do this as well. His fit around the arms specifically and the mid section shows that it’s much more appropriately sized and tailored to him. Not just something oversized and slapped on.

We had a few good ideas from the 90s. However baggy jeans and chunky shoes literally never looked good. It goes back to the 70s and the bell bottoms and how bad those looked too. The skinny jean fit was bad because it was skin tight which made people look like they were walking on stilts. However a proper fitting Jean or pant looks significantly better than this current trend. I’ve just seen people trying to bring back the denim on denim look of the 90s as well… which is never a good sign.

They’re recouping the costs of hiring an in house orthodontist to fix all them buck tooth grills they made.
