It has not happened to me unless I was already burnt. My guess is maybe some skin was burnt from the previous day and is peeling off because of rubbing there?
after running under the rain for 30 minutes my white sneakers had a foul stench. I tried disinfectant and washing them with soap and water and lots of rubbing and sunlight to dry....
As a stinky feet-haver, I opt to buy a couple pairs of the same cheap shoes and toss them once the smell starts. There's just no going back, in my experience.
I should have clarified that the ones I get are about $15 a pair and last me 6 months. But yes, I've tried everything, baking soda, vinegar, freezing them, washing and drying - even if it works initially the smell comes back within days.
The ones I've had in the past were even worse, made my feet sweat a lot. These days I usually wear slip on shoes, they're more breathable and seem to dry out better overnight. That or just sandals.
I'm thinking the animals would easily defeat us, since trying to get all 8 billion+ humans to agree on a plan of attack would be a near-impossible task. By the time we'd be done trying to coordinate a plan, I figure the lions and cheetahs would have already devoured us, not to mention the larger animals like the elephants....
Depends on the conditions. Is it a wall of death where both sides charge at each other and fight to the death? Do the animals communicate and strategize, or just gain a sudden bloodlust for humans and march at us?
If the animals were able to coordinate, I would worry about a giant ant golem stomping through cities.
she's just going to end up in heaven, lobotomized and permanently blissed out, and forced to spend the rest of eternity singing praises to God, anyway.
This always scared the shit out of me. I don't want to do that. I'll gladly take the embrace of the void any day.
(TL;DR): I love being terrified, and this has led me to a fascination with imagining being a witness to / a victim of various tragedies. Is that weird?...
I think morbid curiosity is not weird, people rubberneck at car accidents. What you are describing sounds like it is going beyond a passing interest though, and the further you go down that rabbit hole, the weirder it will be.
Since you're asking, it might be a good idea to talk to a professional. You might also consider getting into something like an extreme sport.
I've had a hunch for a long time that people who grew up in a busy household with lots of family around are better equipped to ignore noise / light and be able to fall asleep easily. You should go wake them up and ask them.

My parents raised me to always say "yes sir" and "no ma'am", and I automatically say it to service workers and just about anyone with whom I'm not close that I interact with. Considering switching to Linux, but don't know what to choose/what will work for my needs. I want to be able to play my steam games, use discord desktop application, and use FL Studio. I need it to work with an audio interface and midi controller too. I am not interested in endless tweaking of settings, simple install would be nice. What should I go for?
