I just started using Spotify for the first time last year, mainly because I got tired of trying to figure out what this meat paste wanted to listen to

YT is great when you know what you want to hear, but it's garbage at (music) recommendations (I haven't tried YT music)

Spoofie isn't the best, but for right now, it's worth the price just so I can actually get back to work, and not fiddle with YT for 3 hours looking for music this meat paste wants right now

Although, I'm open to alternatives, if they're viable

I pay for spoofie premium because it's convenient

But I'm not defending this money-grubbing behavior

What's the likelihood of a reattempt, if the first shot wasn't fatal?

I'm not sure many people would be capable of doing so, given how addled they'd likely be

Phone Link is Microsoft's late and closed source alternative to KDE Connect. It requires you sign in to a Microsoft Account for it to work.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/phone-link-requirements-and-setup-cd2a1ee7-75a7-66a6-9d4e-bf22e735f9e3

This means all the transactions between your phone and your PC are monitored and sucked up by Microsoft.

I wonder if KDE connect could leverage the way Syncthing does device discovery and pairing

It works across networks, with no configuration

They're so much more comfortable than pants. I love Carhartts

I am a programmer, and i also like the naming scheme on the right

Especially for things like filenames

There is value to having the conversation about "holding on for too long". But...

But, "euthanasia vs palliative care" is a conversation that must be between you (the owner) and your vet

It's possible that there are other, addressable reasons for being unable to make it to the litter box, and a vet visit is necessary to identify and address these issues

As well, it's possible that it is indeed "time". A conversation with the vet is best

When cats do this (complain that the bottom of the bowl is empty), it's typically because they don't want to shove their face (and wiskers) into the edges of the bowl

Its called "wisker stress"

A shallower bowl (or just a small plate) is usually more comfortable for them to eat off of

Alternatively, they might paw the food out of the bowl then eat it off the floor, for the same reason
