What's the story you would write if you were an author?

A lot of people worldbuild when they daydream and have the bones of a story kicking around in their brain, but have to pay the bills and raise the kids etc so they never flesh it out and write it down. What's your story's premise? Fantasy, sci-fi, alternate history, mystery, western, whatever genre.

I've been wanting to even just story board/sketch is the idea of a character with the ability to affect momentum like charging up a ball bearing bouncing it between his hands till it's like a rail gun or stopping bullets but I think the ultimate thing he could do would be to remove ALL momentum("momentum zero") and have the earth, the galaxy and everything(thousands of meters per second I think) leave something behind or smash it into a wall or the ground, but for a power that strong I think he should have an enate sense of how things are moving to avoid blowing a massive hole in a building with a rock

Also a bunch of loosely connected ideas that I just want make into more of an encyclopedia because I hate charterer growth

Binding of isaac and many rougelikes fit pretty well, a lot have vert good music but I like taking on a book more(also book recommendations would be the golgatha series for magical wild west, johannes cabal series that's the adventures of a decent but unfriendly necromancer, john dies at the end is a cosmic horror comedy series, space team is stupid fun scifi, oh and the black company follows a fantasy mercenary group who are sine of the very best but also too threatening to not be betrayed by the employers that's mostly told from the perspective of their medic

I honestly feel you shouldn't be able to declare money saved from layoffs as a good thing, shouldn't profit be a sign of growth but if you really could keep growing you'd still need that staff

The work bathroom is currently a warzone, on their phone speakers people like to play music, play games at full blast, and one guy likes to chill to ambient rainforest. I think part of the next phase is to force the companies to list a minimum supported life span, I think the average length a game is supported for now days is around two years, so if the game isn't kept alive the minimum listed time you get a refund but if the life span of the game is listed too short then people will be less likely to spend money on it

Well I guess they don't want the studio or the talent bad enough, maybe I'm biased but for me it's been so rare for big studios to put out stuff that's actually really fun and innovative so I'd say they need those small studios and I'd love so much to see them be properly valued by big companies
