    My SUNLU S1 Plus filament dryer was slipping around getting yanked forward on my TUKKARI TLX MK4 enclosure, so I designed this mount which fits into the existing slots on top of the enclosure. Prints in two pieces that screw together since otherwise the supports would be complicated. Had to print the larger piece on my big bed...

    Curious about the enclosure. Notice a difference? You have a challenging / drafty space for your printer that required this or just trying to get a bit more perfection / less PETG warping issues?

    As a Chicago resident so do I. Just listen for the screams and shot reverberation off the nearby buildings. It doesn't take much practice to hone it down within 50yards or so. Don't need no app.

    Are you aware of a decent number of mainstream products that didn't go full asshole? I agree with you absolutely, but I feel like the majority of connected products pull this same shit.

    I've made a large number of custom prints, and all of them were created using TinkerCad. It's an amazing toolkit, stupid easy to use but versatile. That is ... until something needs a tiny adjustment somewhere. That's when I feel it would've been neat to use parametric CAD instead....

    I do feel like there is a chasm between mastering tinkerad and being able to do even fairly basic things in FreeCad.

    Seems like a real window of opportunity for weekend makers that want to up their game but don't want to go full on traditional cad software.
    I'm not aware of a decent software package that sits in that space.

    I don't have a Tesla and have not used supercharger network but I can verify that other charging networks are infuriating and not just by comparison. I have half a dozen different apps with my credit card info on them and various old paid credits on them, not to mention committing to a good 5-10 min of fuck around time each time I park at a random charger and try to figure out what the hell this new system is.

    I dunno guy. Id like to think we are largely post-matching. If you are a conservative dresser that just needs a little help (ie. You wear a navy suit and brown shoes or a black suit and black shoes most of the time and you don't want to draw attention by wearing your black suit with brown shoes) these types of guides can be helpful. If your clothing library has this many colors of shoes, pants and you can pull off a lumbar jack looking red plaid like that on a regular day, don't worry about it - a mismatch will likely just look like a bold intentional fashion statement.

    Its good to see congress focusing on the real issues finally. When I pay taxes, this is what I'm looking for. Hopefully they will get around to legalizing kicking homeless people and children in the face soon as this is another one of my priorities.
