It's probably half he reason he is attempting to get congress to make it possible to move state charges to a federal court. So he can either pardon himself or have a judge he appointed throw them out. Still giving an appearence enough for base to argue it was legal.
He hasn't even paid the required amount to appeal nor provided a legitimate bond. Let's lower all the amounts and give him another several weeks to respond.
