@theautisticcoach @actuallyautistic my autism diagnosis included a diagnosis for "Circadian rhythm sleep disorder, non-24-hour sleep-wake type" so that's how my sleep is

Pretty much I stay awake too long and can't sleep at the same time each night. Every night I fall asleep a few hours later than I did the previous, wake up a few hours later every day. So it cycles.

When I am allowed to do this I can sleep fine and get plenty of sleep and am fully rested. But the issue is that most jobs absolutely will not accommodate for such a thing and trying to force myself to sleep on a 24hr schedule has ended with me hospitalized in the past because of sleep loss triggering bipolar episodes (has happened multiple times).
